Ceinwen has over 35 years’ experience in many aspects of property including agency, property development, project and construction management, and community development.
Her executive career includes 26 years at Lendlease Corporation, where she held executive roles, running commercial business units, client accounts and functions across the Lendlease Group. Ceinwen held several Board positions within Lend Lease either as an executive or elected company representative. In the case of the Lend Lease Superannuation Fund she was a Director for 10 years.
Ceinwen now runs her own consultancy, with clients across both private and public sectors.
Ceinwen holds a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ceinwen brings over 20 years’ experience as an executive and non-executive director serving on a number of boards including both for-profit and not-for-profit companies.
Ceinwen was appointed to the of the Greater Sydney Parklands Board in 2020, and continues as an Advisory Member of the Justice NSW Prison Bed Capacity Program.
Ceinwen’s broad experience has given her not only an understanding of most facets of property, but rich general management skills. She is well regarded for her passion, strategic thinking, commitment to developing people, her communications skills, her client and stakeholder focus, and the role model she provides for a diverse workplace. Ceinwen’s attributes include those skills required to run an effective business, manage teams, and drive change and outcomes associated with line management responsibilities.
Ceinwen has ability to move from strategy through to implementation, and is comfortable in taking on new and challenging ideas and concepts - drawing on a wealth of experience, strong disciplines and extensive knowledge.
