Western Sydney Parklands is OPEN on Tuesday 19 November 2019.

However, the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) has issued a statewide TOTAL FIRE BAN for Tuesday 19 November 2019 until 12 midnight. This means no fires in the park including coal and gas fire BBQ's and all fire permits are suspended. Please report any fires quickly to 000.

Event management plan

The event organiser, promoter or hirer must provide an Event Management Plan (EMP) which includes a detailed production schedule, site plan, run-sheet and communications plan. For more information, guidelines and templates, download this Event Management Plan, Checklist and Guide

The Trust reserves the right to designate areas suitable for all event-related infrastructure, including toilets, stages and fences. 

The Trust also reserves the right to determine heavy vehicle access points and unloading areas. 

Children under 15 years are restricted from the event site during the bump in/bump out period unless they are scheduled for performance rehearsals. In this instance, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
