Your best friend could win $300-worth of designer clothes and accessories from Hamish McBeth and Petbarn for strutting their stuff on our Woof-fest 2017 celebrity ‘dog walk’!

Does your dog have a canine-resemblance to Snoop-dog, Madogga, Jabba The Mutt, Bark Obama, J.K. Growling or Queen Elizabark?

Western Sydney Parklands Trust is looking for dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds to dress as celebrity lookalikes and strut their stuff on our ‘dog walk’ during Woof-fest’s Search for the Next SuPAW Model. The dog-fashion parade will be held at Warrigal Run (one of Sydney’s largest off-lease dog areas) in Bungarribee Park on Sunday 25 June at 12pm.

Head Judge Jay Lee – designer and pet fashion stylist for Runway Pooch, will critique the dog’s performances and decide which pooch is the paw-fect celebrity lookalike.

“Everyone’s invited to join the Woof-fest fun and dress their canine companion as their favourite celebrity. It’s a great way to show off the personality of your pooch and perhaps win a great prize,” Jay said.

Search for a SuPAW Model is proudly supported by our friends at Hamish McBeth, Petbarn and Dogue. Prizes will be awarded for best celebrity lookalike (1st place - $300-worth of designer clothes and accessories from Hamish McBeth and Petbarn), best in show for most impressive walk or trick (2nd place- $150.00 Hamish McBeth gift voucher) and people’s choice (3rd place- $100 Dogue gift voucher).

Entry for participants and spectators is free! To enter your pet in Woof-fest’s Search for a SuPAW Model, complete the entry form.

Other Woof-fest highlights include: expert dog behavioural tips from author of Dognitive Therapy Laura V, training advice from Farmer Dave Graham and Sydney-based trainer Ryan Tate, cooking demonstrations by Pet Nutritionist Naoko Okamoto, Sydney Psychos Fly-Ball champions, Siberian Express All Breeds Sled Dog Club NSW demonstrations, over 50+ dog-themed stalls, free early morning warm-up walk (breakfast included), free you-and-your-pooch face painting, 101 Dalmatians Jumping Castle and portraits by Caricature artist Peter Byrne.

Entry to Woof-fest is FREE for dogs and their humans. FREE parking on site (subject to availability). Entry to Western Sydney Parklands is via the intersection of Holbeche and Doonside Roads, Bungarribee. You’d be barking-mad to miss it!
