New bushwalk - Gabrugal Yana

A beautiful new trail has opened in Western Sydney Parklands. Winding through the Cumberland Plain woodland from Cecil Park to Middleton Grange and featuring fantastic views to Sydney CBD and the Blue Mountains, this is the perfect spot for a scenic bushwalk. The walk is an experience for people to learn more about First Nations culture and language on Country. Gabrugal Yana means 'walk of the Gabru (or Cabro) people' and is on the traditional lands of the Gabrugal (or Cabrogal) clan of the Dharug nation. Along the walk you will find six incredible artworks by leading First Nations artists, which represent six Dharug seasons. Head to the digital map to find out more and plan your walk.
