About the Event
Parklands Food Fest proudly celebrates our key theme ‘Home Grown’ by delivering a variety of fresh and unique produce amongst a diverse range of businesses.
This event is targeted for all ages including families to experience the different range of cuisines, beverages and produce across the Greater Western Sydney. Previous years events included celebrity chefs, hands-on workshops, Kids activities and much more.

We are happy to announce that stallholder applications are now open and we encourage you to apply. This is a great opportunity for your business to further grow its audience within the Greater Western Sydney area.
Applications open: Friday 25th May 2019
Applications close: Friday 21st June 2019
How to Apply: Complete our application form
Before submitting your application, please take into consideration the following information.
A small site fee is required for activating at the Parklands Food Fest 2019. Below are the options of hire on offer depending on your requirements:
Stall (2.4x2.4 fete stall) Plus Site
$220 (INC GST)
Food truck plus site
$200 (INC GST)
$200 (INC GST)
If you also require a powered site, it is an extra cost of $40 (INC GST) in addition to your site fee.
2 .Selection Criteria
Each year we have an overwhelming response for food stall holders. In order to ensure fair selection, the following criteria detailed in your event application will assist in selecting the most suitable stallholders for this event, including:
• Prior experience involving food service at events.
• Ability to address our event theme
• Food Type (we are looking for a variety of food options across the stall holders)
All applicants will be notified by COB Friday 5th July 2019, including further information if successful.
