Event applications

All applicants are encouraged to review the information available on our website before completing an application form. 

Download our Event Application Form for a Major Event (all commercial events or for more than 1000 people) or Event Application Form for a Minor Event (under 1000 people).

When you have completed the form, please email the final copy to events@wspt.nsw.gov.au 

Once we receive your application we will assess the availability of your preferred venue site and suitability of the event for the Parklands.

You should submit your event proposal as early as possible but not less than 12 weeks for large events (generally more than 1,000 people) or 6 weeks for small events (generally fewer than 1,000 people).
